Do you feel comfortable with all the details of
your event so much so that you may not need
someone from beginning to end but just a
starting place? Would you like help setting up a
realistic budget and receiving a list of
outstanding vendors that you feel comfortable
with? Then this plan is for you. Come in for a 2
hour consultation and leave with a complete
budget and event timeline. You will also receive
a list of vendors that offer superb service and
have a reputation for being the very best. This
plan also includes a follow up appointment at
anytime prior to your event to review your
progress and ensure that details are on track.
Wedding
Day Coordination
Your
special day is here and now you realize there
are all kinds of little details that you need
help with? Don't worry we're here to help with
our unique Wedding Day Coordination service. Let
us take care of things for you! Service includes
the following:

Specifically
dated task list for Bride, Groom, Best Man
and Maid of Honor.

Work
with you to se up a workable budget for all
services.
-
Wedding
Day Resume for all vendors. All details from
rehearsal to reception are planned out in
complete detail.

Complete
list of Our preferred vendors from Hotels to
Entertainment.
-
All
final payments to be placed in envelops and
given to you on site coordinator to pass out
to your vendors for final payment or
gratuities.

Rehearsal
Coordination-We will be there to assist with
the ceremony line up and flow.

Your
coordinator will arrive at least 1 hour
prior to ceremony time and remains with you
through the reception.

Once
the ceremony is under way your coordinator
will then move to your reception location
where the final details come together for
you and your guests. The coordinator will
meet with the event contact to finalize all
details. Add any finishing touches you have
requested: table favors, candles, flowers,
etc. Your coordinator will meet with your DJ
or band MC to finalize any details prior to
your arrival.

Because
you will still be detained by your
photographer at the ceremony location we
will be there to welcome your guests and
work as your hostess until you arrive taking
care of gifts and any special needs on your
behalf.

We
stay with you through the reception until
the end to make sure all vendors are paid
and everything has been completely wrapped
up.

end. We assist in vendor referral, contract
negotiation, booking and attending vendor
appointments to review and confirm details for
your event. This plan also includes all services
listed in the Wedding Day Coordination plan
above.
